Deloitte is hiring for a position that involves social media management, web analytics and reporting, and project management. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:

• Publishing and community management for social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Understanding social media channels, and their audiences and deploying them in different scenarios.
• Managing and contributing to the social media content calendar.
• Leveraging social listening, reporting, and content publishing/scheduling social media channels via social media management tools.
• Editing social media posts for campaigns that align with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
• Monitoring brand security of social channels and flagging risks on time.
• Keeping track of social media channel KPIs and benchmarks, recommending room for optimization and enhanced performance.
• Assisting with paid social media strategies and execution on LinkedIn and Facebook, and potentially working with paid search campaigns.
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
• Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly web analytics and social media stats reporting, building dashboards & ad-hoc analysis.
• Deriving insights and developing client recommendations on the web and social media stats.
• Analyzing social media campaigns within both Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to gather visitor data and determine campaign efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Providing actionable insights & telling the story by working closely with the Analytics team & stakeholders.
• Possessing a strong desire and knack for business relevancy and remaining in tune with the newest trends, viral postings, and up-and-coming social media platforms.
• Supporting social media and analytics leads to defining the yearly roadmap/ priorities and delivering on the same.
• Communicating with clients for projects including campaign planning, and reporting.
• Managing projects to ensure agreed-upon deadlines – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholder expectations.

The position requires a graduate/post-graduate degree/MBA, 0-2 years of relevant work experience, and a basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr/ any other social media management tool. The candidate should also be able to work across cultures and in a virtual environment. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage, and good client management and relationship-building skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of branding and content workflow guidelines standards, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and suggest practical solutions. The candidate should also be self-motivated, a strong team player, have good client management and relationship-building skills, and have the ability to work under pressure.
