In this role, You will have to make an impact by providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients by resolving their inquiries over email/calls. You will use your knowledge of KYC to ensure compliance with organization policies and audit controls. You will work on daily inventory towards cases related to merchant services and manage the mailbox to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner. You will also create cases on the relevant tools, maintain trackers and files for the team, and monitor the daily suspense volumes to reduce the volume.
You will consistently manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while working under stringent timelines. You will carry out Due Diligence activities to ensure all dues are released to the clients and focus on merchant requirements, productivity, and efficiency to ensure SLAs are met and will contribute towards team goals by strictly managing individual productivity & quality targets, taking ownership of the email/issue, and resolving customers’ expectations to deepen relationships and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will have to demonstrate a strong focus on process improvements, build an excellent rapport with the team & other business groups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and recommend solutions to plug gaps. You need to use your excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and ability to take independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines to build a strong customer focus and consistent demonstration of service excellence. You should have good computer skills and command over MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
