Job Description:
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable
- Capable of capturing denials
- Appeal to insurance for pending claims
- End to End knowledge of revenue cycle management process
- Handle customer issues, escalation calls, and coordinate with different functions, case management
Primary Skills:
- Experience in international BPO specifically in a Voice process
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
Secondary Skills:
- Willing to work in a 24/7 hr environment
- Open to Work from Office
