Job Description:

  1. Responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable
  2. Capable of capturing denials
  3. Appeal to insurance for pending claims
  4. End to End knowledge of revenue cycle management process
  5. Handle customer issues, escalation calls, and coordinate with different functions, case management

Primary Skills:

  1. Experience in international BPO specifically in a Voice process
  2. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English

Secondary Skills:

  1. Willing to work in a 24/7 hr environment
  2. Open to Work from Office
